Job summary

SCOR invites students to join its U.S. Internship Program in Minneapolis, assisting Group Life and Accident Reinsurance actuaries with pricing, risk management and financial reporting. Part-time hours 12–16 weekly in the school year, then full-time in the Summer, with a flexible hybrid schedule.

You may receive relocation within the U.S. and must have work authorization in the U.S. Hybrid policy supports in-office collaboration with two remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar field.
• Passed at least one actuarial exam.

Responsibilities

• Support actuaries and underwriters through active participation in projects and meetings.
• Communicate and collaborate with other SCOR employees in Minneapolis and globally to complete projects and team goals.
• Assist with concentration data management.
• Assist in research to supplement pricing and risk management where needed.
• Prepare project related reports and presentations.
• Other actuarial related activities in support of the team.
