Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions is seeking an actuarial intern for the U.S. team with hybrid work options in Plymouth, MN or Boston, MA.

The position is a 10–12 week program starting in early June 2027, offering hands-on exposure to the Corporate Actuarial division. You will learn actuarial pricing, reserving, predictive and stochastic modeling, data collection and reporting, and programming development, while collaborating with seasoned actuaries.

Qualifications

• Working toward a bachelor’s degree and graduating December 2027 or later.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office, MS Outlook, and data entry tools.
• Strong math aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assist on actuarial pricing, reserving, predictive modeling projects.
• Learn stochastic financial modeling and data reporting.
• Support data collection and programming development.
• Work with actuarial professionals on day-to-day tasks and special projects.
• Develop professional skills toward entry-level actuarial work.
