Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. invites motivated interns to join the 2027 Actuarial Internship Program in Warren, NJ. The 10‑week hybrid internship offers hands-on pricing work, data analysis, and exposure to AI tools, with mentorship and professional development opportunities.

You will support pricing actuaries on submissions, collaborate on analyses, and gain real-world experience in Property & Casualty reinsurance. A strong quantitative background is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Math or a quantitative field.
• Having at least 1 actuarial exam passed is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking, pattern recognition, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of, or aptitude to learn, VBA, R, and SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to pricing actuaries on submissions and opportunities.
• Collaborate on actuarial pricing analyses for insurance and reinsurance transactions.
• Partner with leaders and peers on data manipulation and analytics for various lines.
• Participate in projects involving research on industry data sources.
• Grow and participate in leadership and professional development workshops and events.
• Gain hands-on experience using AI and emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
