Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a Property & Casualty Senior Actuarial Analyst to join collaborative project teams delivering reserve studies, capital management and pricing analyses for insurers and self‑insured clients.

You will apply actuarial expertise, analytics and leading technology to help clients make data‑driven decisions, working across Bermuda, Canada and the United States.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, statistics or quantitative discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in actuarial roles.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Working knowledge of AI tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Client service orientation and ethics in business.
• Actuarial exam progress toward ACAS and/or FCAS credentials.
• Knowledge of Emblem, Python, R, Radar Base, ResQ and Igloo.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reserve studies, capital management initiatives and pricing analyses for clients.
• Apply actuarial methods and advanced analytics to support rate filings and pricing structures.
• Develop proficiency in capital modeling using Igloo and evaluate insurance-linked securities.
• Contribute to reserving engagements and IFRS 17 reporting transformations.
• Support benchmarking initiatives across pricing strategy and actuarial processes.
