Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina seeks an Accreditation Data Coordinator to lead data and reporting coordination across multiple accreditation programs. You will translate requirements into clear data requests, track deliverables, and ensure accuracy before sharing with Accreditation Analysts.

You will review data for completeness and consistency, perform trending analyses, and resolve data anomalies with data owners, while maintaining an inventory of reports and data elements for ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years research and analysis experience.
• Strong organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills.
• Ability to use complex mathematical calculations.
• Advanced knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts.
• Knowledge of programming languages across software platforms (DB2/SQL).
• Ability to analyze data results and resolve data issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accreditation data and reporting needs with Accreditation Analysts.
• Manage data requests from initiation to completion across multiple accreditation programs and lines of business.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with accreditation requirements.
• Perform preliminary data analysis to identify anomalies or data-quality concerns and coordinate with data owners to resolve issues.
• Maintain a centralized inventory of accreditation data and reporting requirements, sources, schedules, and delivery needs.
