CS Contract Solutions, LLC in Bedford, NH is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. This hybrid role requires in-office presence Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with some remote work flexibility and a focus on accurate billing and records.

You will review invoices, process payments, perform data entry in Site Tracker and QuickBooks, and support payroll reconciliation while maintaining strict data integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, invoicing, or payroll support.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Site Tracker, PenguinData, and PivotTables is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to document QC changes.
• Ability to work independently within procedures.

Aufgaben

• Review technician-entered job codes and notes for billing accuracy.
• Cross-verify codes against VXField and update as needed.
• Add missing notes and request edits, then re-QC work orders.
• Flag trigger codes and route for approvals before final QC.
• Log changes with comments and notify state managers.
• Escalate suspicious or excessive billing as needed.
