Job summary

Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for its Administrative Headquarters in the Alliance Airport area of Fort Worth, Texas. This full-time, hybrid role handles the complete vendor invoice cycle, working with vendors and PO requesters nationwide to ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience in an electronic invoice routing environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong, accurate data entry skills and the ability to keep up in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and process vendor invoices from start to finish.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Determine general ledger accounts for expenses on invoices.
• Code invoices and verify correct account distributions.
• Route invoices for approval through the electronic system.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies quickly and accurately.
• Respond to vendor questions professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with PO requesters and receivers nationwide for approvals.
• Reconcile invoices and vendor accounts to keep records accurate.
• Assist with other department projects as needed.
