Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for its Administrative Headquarters in the Alliance Airport area of Fort Worth, Texas. This full-time, hybrid role handles the complete vendor invoice cycle, working with vendors and PO requesters nationwide to ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time.

• 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience in an electronic invoice routing environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong, accurate data entry skills and the ability to keep up in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred.

Responsabilidades

About Us

Trinity Broadcasting Network, the world's largest Christian television network, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Finance team at our administrative headquarters in the Alliance Airport area of Fort Worth, Texas.

Position Summary

This is a full-time, hybrid position. The Accounts Payable Specialist handles the full vendor invoice cycle: receiving, coding, verifying, processing and reconciling invoices. You'll work closely with vendors and with purchase order requesters and receivers across the country to make sure every invoice is accurate, approved and paid on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review and process vendor invoices from start to finish.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Look at each invoice to decide which general ledger accounts the expenses belong to.
• Code each invoice and check that its account distribution is correct.
• Send incoming invoices to the right requesters for approval through the electronic document routing system.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies quickly and accurately.
• Respond to vendor questions and communicate with them in a professional, timely way.
• Work with purchase order requesters and receivers nationwide to confirm details and get approvals.
• Reconcile invoices and vendor accounts so records stay accurate.
• Help with other department projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience in an electronic invoice routing environment
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong, accurate data entry skills and the ability to keep up in a high-volume environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred
