Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist at our Support Center in Atlanta. The role ensures accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee expenses, and other payables while maintaining GAAP compliance and supporting month-end close.

Responsibilities include processing invoices in Workday, reconciling vendor statements, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors. This hybrid role offers in-office collaboration and in-house financial process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Associates degree required; degree preferred.
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoices and check requests for payment approvals.
• Code and route invoices; ensure proper documentation.
• Enter and upload invoices into the Workday system.
• Process employee expense reports in Workday per Travel & Expense Policy.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor files.
• Respond to inquiries from internal partners and vendors, resolving discrepancies.
