Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a detail‑driven Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract‑to‑hire role in Minneapolis, MN. You will process a high volume of invoices, perform 3‑way matching, PO reconciliation, and route items through our electronic workflow.

The position requires 2+ years of AP experience, a Bachelor’s or Associate degree, and proficiency with Excel; experience with Oracle, Kofax, or ServiceNow is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree required: Bachelor’s or Associate with 2+ years AP experience.
• Experience handling high-volume AP, including PO matching.
• Hands-on invoice processing, entry, and 3-way matching.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices (150+ per day) accurately and timely.
• Route data from invoices to appropriate coding and approval queues.
• Handle department mail and scan invoices for workflow routing.
