Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum two years in a professional office environment with full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Experience preparing account reconciliations and related journal entries.
• Strong foundation in accounting and ability to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle accounts payable and vendor maintenance.
• Perform cash reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Assist monthly close and sales/use tax filings as needed.
• Support administrative tasks for finance-related committees and meetings.
