Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including 3 years in managerial positions.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge with CAS and FAR compliance.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and Oracle is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting teams and ensure CAS, FAR, and GAAP compliance for government services and commercial work.
• Provide clear direction, develop talent, and build high‑performing teams in a collaborative environment.
• Perform analysis of contract data in Deltek Costpoint and Oracle and prepare management summaries focused on CAS and FAR.
