The Director, Assistant Controller oversees accounting operations, ensures the integrity of financial reporting, leads teams, and strengthens internal controls.

Qualificações

• Five bullet point style leadership and accounting requirements from the posting: CPA required; Bachelor's in accounting or finance; 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership; experience with record-to-report and close processes; ability to lead audits and internal controls.
• Experience leading multi-entity accounting operations, implementing process improvements, and supporting acquisitions or ERP projects.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks; capacity to coach teams and manage external audits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assigned accounting functions and related financial reporting activities.
• Ensure timely month-, quarter-, and year-end closes with accurate reporting.
• Oversee reconciliations, governance, and compliance requirements; implement policies and controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and address findings.
• Support acquisitions, ERP implementations, and shared-service transitions.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and performance management.
