Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of Washington State Administrative and Accounting Manual (SAAM).
• Experience with Washington State financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as fiscal representative in agency/statewide projects and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Develop, interpret, implement and administer agency fiscal policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OFM regulations and DFI policies.
• Manage day‑to‑day fiscal office operations including vendor invoice processing and TEMS travel vouchers.
• Prepare journal vouchers and assist with reports filed with government agencies (IRS, L&I, DOR, 1099/1098).
• Supervise fiscal staff and assess performance.
