Qualifications

• Strong financial reporting skills, including preparation and review of Financial Statements and related disclosures.
• Proficiency in core accounting activities, including Journal Entries and management of Fixed Assets.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Solid understanding of Finance principles, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus.
• Experience in managing or leading accounting functions, preferably in healthcare, dental, or multi-location practice environments.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel, including reconciliations and financial modeling.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across clinical and administrative teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Madison, WI with remote work.
