Job summary

SCP Post Acute Services, LLC (Pinnacle Care Providers & Preferred Podiatry Group) is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations and monthly close in a hybrid schedule in Chicago, IL. The role reports to senior leadership and PE sponsor.

Responsibilities include consolidations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and maintaining internal controls across multiple entities. CPA preferred; strong Excel and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation (CPA) is preferred or required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close processes and consolidated reporting for multiple entities.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and sponsor information requests.
• Oversee general ledger administration and intercompany eliminations.
• Partner with Accounts Payable & Payroll to record accruals and taxes.
• Provide variance analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
