Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an Accounting Manager in Philadelphia, hybrid. The role oversees general accounting functions, ensures accurate financial reporting, and supports month-end close with process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge including ASC 606/IFRS as needed, and a proven ability to partner with business leaders on process improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, G/L, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, analyses, and GL reconciliations.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records.
