Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Exton, PA is seeking an Accounting Manager to support all accounting-related activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and period-end close analysis. You will review close processes, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, assist business partners, and drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.

Qualified candidates have a degree in accounting/finance, CPA or MBA preferred, and 5+ years of accounting experience with strong

Competenze

Undergraduate degree in accounting/finance required or equivalent.
CPA or MBA preferred.
5+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of US GAAP.

Mansioni

Review period-end close activities, including recording and reviewing journal entries and expense accruals, and performing financial analysis.
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations by established deadlines.
Assist business partners' understanding of accounting activities.
Drive process improvements, including automation of close functions and template standardization.
Approve or perform tasks such as cash fundings and intercompany settlements.
Review and/or prepare ad-hoc analyses as needed.
