OpenTable is seeking an Associate Manager, Accounting to own a technical portfolio spanning partnership revenue, loyalty, leases, and related areas under US GAAP. The role involves leading complex workstreams, coaching teammates, and driving process improvements, reporting to the Manager, Accounting.

The position is an individual contributor role with significant ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to influence close processes and controls across multiple entities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with deep knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 606, ASC 842).
• CPA certification or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with complex financial modeling, lookups, and pivots.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end accounting for partnership revenue programs, revenue recognition and balance sheet treatment.
• Lead technical accounting for evolving loyalty program and key assumptions.
• Manage close-related activities across leases, bad debt, prepaids, accruals, and multiple entities under US GAAP.
• Prepare technical accounting memos and support internal controls; assist auditors.
