Qualifications

• Currently pursuing bachelor's or Master of Accounting during internship
• Rising juniors may be considered
• Interest in CPA certification

Responsibilities

• Support accounting and financial reporting activities
• Assist with SEC forms (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) preparation and filing
• Help with tax provisions and related disclosures
• Support internal control testing and reconciliations
• Contribute to regulatory and industry reporting
