Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is offering a Summer 2027 Accounting Intern program in the Chicagoland area. This hybrid internship requires on‑site presence and remote work, with relocation not provided. Interns will gain exposure to month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting while collaborating with the Accounting team and leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full‑time bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong academic standing; GPA 3.2+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to accounting projects and month‑end close activities.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and support cash reconciliation activities.
