Job summary

Weyerhaeuser offers a Summer 2027 Accounting/Information Systems internship in Seattle, WA. You will work with our accounting teams and SAP support, performing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses.

You will gain hands-on experience with SAP, Power BI, and Office tools, under coaching and mentorship, with networking opportunities across the company. The program runs ten weeks with on-site presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting or Finance, within 18 months of starting full-time.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and other Office products is essential.
• Strong teamwork, curiosity, judgement and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with closing activities and analyze financial results for accuracy.
• Prepare and present working papers with supporting documentation.
• Participate in projects and SAP-related initiatives for consolidations.
• Perform reconciliations, variance analysis and reporting disclosures.
• Gain exposure to SAP, Power BI, Power Pivot and general accounting processes.
