Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company, located in Madison, PA, seeks a Project Analyst intern to manage master data in SAP and perform payroll and invoice-related admin tasks for the summer project. You report to the Outage Support Services Manager in a paid full-time hybrid role from May to August 2027.

You will support bid-to-bank workflows, network activities, invoicing reconciliation, and process improvements while learning in a collaborative, safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or human resources.
• Completed Sophomore year of college.
• Familiar with basic accounting formulas and terms.
• Interested in data management and analytics.
• Interested in working in a support organization (shared services, help desk, triage, ticketing).

Responsibilities

• Help with Bid to Bank related functionality, including the access and review of Sales Orders and Releases, creation and management of Project Systems.
• Help with creation and release of Network Activities and Job Codes for value contracts.
• Help with Invoicing reconciliation and support.
• Support continuous improvement through root cause identification and resolution.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve EP1 systems and process issues according to Service level agreements and our requirements.
• Support a culture of learning and cooperation through proactive engagement and resource sharing.
