You will analyze performance, drive continuous improvement, and partner with leaders across the organization to strengthen financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting and financial analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience in financial close, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
• CPA or CPA-track candidate preferred.
• Experience leading process improvement or automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight and ensure proper control of key activities.
• Prepare and submit external regulatory reports, including required filings to FRB.
• Support annual report compilation with GAAP compliance.
• Maintain chart of accounts to ensure GAAP alignment.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations; prepare complex GL entries.
• Prepare consolidation entries for Bank Holding Company, Bank, and subsidiaries.
• Produce monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and board summaries.
• Oversee payroll reconciliations and related postings.
• Lead budgeting with senior management and department heads.
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives with PMO.
• Provide accounting guidance and cross-department collaboration.
