You will drive process improvements, partner with leaders, and ensure GAAP compliance while strengthening regulatory reporting and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting and financial analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience managing financial close and account reconciliation processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Banking or financial services experience.
• Regulatory reporting experience.
• CPA or CPA-track candidate.
• Experience leading process improvement or automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial close and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly statements, variance analyses, and board summaries.
• Support GAAP/regulatory reporting and annual report processes.
• Lead automation and process improvement projects across Accounting.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
