Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent work experience.
• Excel data analysis and spreadsheet creation experience required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal skills required.
• Knowledge in accounting or bookkeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing grant program budgets.
• Reviewing and analyzing grant reports and payment requests to ensure accuracy and budgetary compliance.
• Analyzing and converting expenses in multiple currencies and languages.
• Using formulas and pivot tables in Excel to analyze budget and expense reports.
• Communicating effectively with program officers and stakeholders.
• Completing other tasks as assigned.
