Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Accounting and Administrative Specialist to support the accounting and administrative functions. You will handle accounts payable, vendor maintenance, and expense reimbursements while ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred; or a minimum of 3 years of related administrative experience.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Sage Intacct, or similar) preferred.
• Experience with Bill.com and SAP Concur preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process accounts payable invoices with proper approvals, coding, and supporting documents prior to payment.
• Maintain vendor master records, including W-9 collection and 1099 reporting compliance.
• Process employee expense reimbursements and reconcile related transactions in the general ledger.
