Job summary

IPM Integrated Project Management Company is seeking an Accountant to bridge Operations and financial planning, maintaining project budgets and ensuring IPM is properly compensated. You will liaise with Consultants and Operations Management on AR matters while handling confidential information and meeting deadlines.

The role requires accuracy, integrity, and strong communication in English, with a hybrid work model in Burr Ridge and potential for extended hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 2+ years accounting experience with working knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with cash and accrual accounting methods.
• ERP software exposure; Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project proposals to protect IPM's financial interests.
• Manage Accounts Receivable: invoicing, PO review, billing requirements.
• Manage Project Accounting: set up terms, budgets, revenue recognition.
• Assist consultants with financial project controls.
• Support month-end activities and annual budgeting.
• Handle corporate insurance and annual audit/renewal tasks.
• Provide data analysis and support weekly forecasts.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and audit weekly timesheets.
• Oversee monthly end-to-end bookkeeping for IPM Founder’s subsidiary.
