Job summary

OneroRx, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to contribute to financial health and operational efficiency in a fast-paced retail pharmacy setting. This in-person role at the home office involves frequent virtual collaboration with remote team members.

The ideal candidate will perform financial analysis, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, and support budgeting, auditing, and process improvements across pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience, GAAP knowledge.
• Retail/healthcare accounting experience a plus.
• Proficient with Oracle NetSuite and Bill.com.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Utilize Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros) to automate reports.
• Leverage Power BI and automation tools to enhance reporting accuracy.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and improve reconciliation processes.
• Support inventory valuation, reimbursements, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT and compliance.
• Assist in year-end audit and variance analysis reporting.
• Support budgeting/forecasting with accurate data and insights.
• Record acquisitions and complex transactions per standards.
• Conduct technical accounting research to guide decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
