Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar coordinator or support role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and flexibility to contribute where needed.
• Familiarity with creative agency workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project dashboards consolidating links, information, deliverables and milestones.
• Create and manage project folders with organized structures and version control.
• Translate timelines into Workamajig; schedule tasks and align deadlines.
• Proactively update tasks in Workamajig and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assign JIRA tickets to web developers and align with Workamajig tasks and due dates.
• Support monthly billing and revenue forecasting for Account Management.
• Assist leadership with admin tasks (mail scanning, deposits).
• Coordinate with account and project managers; track progress and share updates.
• Enter content for new website builds; collaborate with content/UX; log bugs in QA.
• Attend meetings, take notes, craft agendas, and share decisions and next steps.
