Job summary

Lands' End in New York is seeking an Accessories Designer with strong product design expertise across soft and hard accessories, including jewelry, bags, cold weather gear and more. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in accessories design, preferably within lifestyle or apparel brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept boards and presentations for seasonal accessories collections.
• Conduct trend and market research to inform color stories and fabric choices.
• Create flat sketches and detailed specifications for production.
• Oversee prototype development from concept to production.
• Mentor and develop junior designers while collaborating with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Quality.
