Lands' End seeks an Accessories Designer with strong product design across jewelry, bags, cold weather accessories, belts, scarves, hats, and gloves. You will create seasonal accessories collections that align with department strategies and deliver brand-right, commercially viable product for Lands’ End customers.

Develop concepts, themes and color stories, translate trends into assortments, and produce flat sketches and detailed specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or related field.
• 5–8 years of accessories design experience.
• Strong understanding of materials, trims, and construction.
• Ability to mentor junior designers.
• Experience with trend forecasting and seasonal concept development.

Responsabilités

• Develop seasonal accessories concepts, themes, and color stories.
• Create flat sketches and detailed specifications.
• Oversee prototype development from concept to production.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Quality teams.
• Mentor associate and assistant designers.
