Milestones Tutoring is seeking an Academic Tutor to provide one-on-one and small-group instruction in a hybrid setting in the Hampton Roads region. The role supports K-12 and college coursework, with focus on strengthening conceptual understanding and academic skills.

The tutor will assess student needs, design lesson plans, deliver engaging lessons, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication with families and staff is essential to foster an inclusive learning

Qualifications

• Experience tutoring or teaching individuals or small groups.
• Background in education and instructional practices; experience with diverse learners preferred.
• Strong subject matter proficiency relevant to K-12 and college coursework.
• Excellent communication with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to plan, organize, and deliver structured lessons in-person and remotely.

Responsabilités
