Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine is seeking a full-time Academic Neuropathologist to join a staff of 35 Anatomic Pathologists in the Pathology Department. The role includes clinical service in surgical pathology, teaching residents and students, and participation in multidisciplinary patient care teams.

Candidates should have completed a Neuropathology fellowship or have extensive subspecialty experience.

Qualifications

• Neuropathology fellowship completed or extensive subspecialty experience in Neuropathology.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in AP/CP or AP, NY license.
• Strong teaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services in surgical pathology.
• Collaborate with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to residency training and medical student education.
• Engage in collaborative and translational research.
