Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking an ABA Case Manager to lead a caseload of clients, conduct assessments, design intervention plans, write goals, train staff and update client progress.

We require at least 1 year of supervision experience, knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, VB, and assessments VB-MAPP/ABLLS/Brigance/FBA. BCBA preferred or BCBA-eligible within 6 months, bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and VB.
• Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.
• BCBA preferred (BCBA-eligible if taking exam within 6 months).
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own caseload of clients and conduct assessments.
• Design intervention plans and write measurable goals.
• Train staff and supervise implementation of ABA programs.
• Update clients' progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families and school staff.
