Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking an ABA Case Manager to lead caseloads, conduct assessments, design intervention plans, write goals, train staff, and monitor progress in a fast-growing ABA program.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a behavior supervisor, knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, VB, and experience with assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA. BCBA- preferred; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in special education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation.
• At least 1 year experience as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism and training parents/instructors.
• Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB.
• Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA.
• BCBA- preferred (BCBA eligible if taking exam within 6 months).
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own caseload of clients and conduct assessments.
• Design intervention plans, write goals, and train staff.
• Update clients' progress and ensure fidelity of ABA implementation.
