The role covers setup and troubleshooting of podium systems, recording and streaming events, and training users in the effective use of presentation tools. Flexible hours include some evenings and weekends, with a hybrid Work/Homewood campus schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; additional education may substitute for experience.
• Flex hours including some evenings, weekends, and overtime are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide classroom technology and A/V support to clients, responding to requests via phone, email, and staff.
• Record, prioritize, and track all help calls in a ticketing system.
• Set up and strike A/V equipment for events, ensuring proper configuration.
• Troubleshoot podium A/V devices and room control systems.
• Support live and pre-recorded webcasts and train users on A/V tools.
