Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a skilled 3D Geospatial & Civil Design Specialist to join our Digital Delivery team. You will bridge geospatial intelligence, master planning, and Civil 3D project delivery from due diligence through detailed design.

You will collaborate with planners, engineers, surveyors, BIM/VDC pros, and project teams to develop scalable workflows using geospatial data for site evaluation, master planning, and civil design decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in civil/geospatial fields.
• 10+ years in civil design, geospatial modeling, or digital delivery.
• Strong proficiency with Civil 3D, GIS, and BIM/CAD integration.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Civil 3D project environments and templates.
• Configure Civil 3D models, surfaces, alignments, and corridors.
• Develop data-referenced Civil 3D environments for collaboration.
• Manage coordinate systems and model integration with Revit, Navisworks, and CAD.
• Support schematic through construction phases.
• Develop 3D geospatial models for site evaluation and master planning.
• Integrate GIS, survey, and infrastructure datasets into workflows.
• Create visualizations to support client decisions in early phases.
• Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting.
