Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a highly motivated 3D Geospatial & Civil Design Specialist to join our Digital Delivery team. This role bridges geospatial intelligence, master planning, and Civil 3D project delivery from due diligence through detailed design.

You will collaborate with planners, engineers, surveyors, BIM/VDC professionals, and project teams to develop scalable workflows that leverage geospatial data for site evaluation, due diligence, and civil design decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• 10+ years in civil design, geospatial modeling, or digital delivery.
• Advanced proficiency with Civil 3D, Forma, ArcGIS, and BIM/CAD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage Civil 3D project environments, templates, and data structures.
• Develop 3D geospatial models to support site evaluation and master planning.
• Integrate GIS, survey, and infrastructure data into project workflows.
• Mentor teams and develop standards for digital delivery and automation.
