Job summary
Jacobs is seeking a talented 3D Geospatial & Civil Design Specialist to join our Digital Delivery team. You will bridge geospatial intelligence, master planning, and Civil 3D project delivery from due diligence through detailed design, collaborating with planners, engineers, surveyors, and BIM/VDC professionals to develop scalable workflows.
You will lead Civil 3D project setup, geospatial data integration, and interoperability across GIS, BIM, and CAD environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of civil design, geospatial modeling, or digital delivery experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, or related field.
- Strong proficiency with Civil 3D, Forma, ArcGIS, and BIM/CAD interoperability.
- Experience integrating GIS and CAD environments; automation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Civil 3D project environments, templates, and data structures.
- Configure Civil 3D models, surfaces, alignments, corridors, and site workflows.
- Develop geospatial models to support site evaluation, due diligence, and master planning.
- Integrate GIS, survey, and infrastructure datasets into project workflows.
- Mentor and support engineering and design teams on digital delivery workflows.
