Evolution Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for Hyatt Place Sacramento/Roseville to manage overnight front desk duties and nightly accounting, ensuring accurate balance and reporting. The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and collaboration with housekeeping, sales, and maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 1 year in a hotel or related field, and is comfortable with Windows, Excel, and Word. The position offers full-time hours and US benefits.

• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and assist with check-ins and reservations during the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM).
• Balance the books and finalize nightly transactions with accuracy.
• Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth overnight operations.
• Utilize Windows, Excel, and Word to resolve issues and document activities.

Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM - 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You're the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch-even in the wee hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you're fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs—and you've got a knack for solving problems solo—you'll fit right in.

Education & Experience
