Job summary

The Fort Sutter Hotel Sacramento, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton property, is hiring a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins, and handle requests with warmth and efficiency.

You will collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless arrival and memorable departure, while maintaining accurate reservations, billing, and guest notes in our property management system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Familiar with hotel software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage reservations and front desk tasks.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
