Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Hyatt Centric Chicago The Loop. You will support the sales team, handle administrative tasks, and ensure seamless client interactions.

Work alongside the Director of Sales and Managers to manage files, coordinate small group events, and schedule activities, including weekends or holidays when needed. This role emphasizes organization and communication in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a hotel sales or administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tame paperwork by managing sales files, contracts, and client communications.
• Bridge teams and clients; ensure alignment and timely solutions.
• Greet clients and team members; coordinate small group sales and meetings.
• Support scheduling on regular, weekend, or holiday shifts.
• Assist in achieving department sales targets.
