Job summary

Hy-Vee's Hy-Chi Department in Lincoln, NE is seeking a friendly Hy-Chi Clerk to join our fast-paced team. You will greet customers, take orders at the counter, prepare and replenish products, and ensure the department stays clean and inviting throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Up to six months of similar or related experience.
• Willingness to learn and follow department procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting each customer with a smile and assisting them with needs.
• Review orders for the day and ensure food supply is ready by following a production list.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish products, and pull items from cooler/freezer as needed.
• Operate the department register, process payments, and make change.
• Maintain sanitation and a clean, safe work area throughout the shift.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code and department guidelines.
