International Snubbing Services (ISS), a Superior Energy Services subsidiary, seeks an HWO Supervisor to lead and mentor crews in hydraulic workover and snubbing operations. Training starts at the Arnaudville facility, LA, with field assignments to Gulf of Mexico and Texas sites.

You will coordinate strategies, inspect equipment, generate ESOs, ensure safety compliance, and mentor staff on 150K–600K HWO units.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' progressive O&G experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Operations for 150K, 225K, 340K, 460K and 600K HWO Units.

Responsabilités

• Coach, train, supervise and manage HWO crews.
• Coordinate project strategies with onsite company representatives.
• Inspect unit and associated equipment at beginning and end of each shift.
• Record compliance checks’ findings and submit to HSE.
• Monitor the unit operators and ensure effective delegation of responsibilities.
• Generate daily Equipment Service Orders (ESO).
• Evaluate and mentor HWO personnel.
