Job summary

RTX is seeking a hardware engineer in Tucson to join multidisciplinary teams designing missile flight simulation systems.

The role requires a STEM degree and at least two years of relevant experience, with hands-on work in analog, digital, RF design and FPGA/VHDL/Verilog.

This onsite position offers a salary range of 68,900 to 131,100 USD per year, relocation eligibility, and travel up to 20% as needed to support testing and integration.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience performing analog, digital, and/or RF design, or VHDL/Verilog development for FPGAs.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and integration of missile flight simulation systems.
• Development of engineering test interface adapters, cabling, technical drawing creation, schematic creation, circuit design and analysis.
• Technical, cost and schedule management of assigned projects.
• Uncover and resolve issues related to development and implementation of these complex systems.
