Job summary

Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking a HW Server Qualification Engineer / Lab Validation Engineer to lead server hardware qualification, system-level validation, and reliability testing.

You will develop automated test scripts using Python, C/C++, and other tools while debugging bring-up and performance issues across server platforms and high-speed interfaces. The role involves collaboration with hardware, firmware, software, and design teams to ensure product quality, analyze test

Responsibilities

• Perform server hardware qualification, system-level validation, reliability testing, and silicon characterization.
• Execute hardware and silicon bring-up, debugging, performance testing, and root cause analysis.
• Validate server platforms, CPUs, memory, storage, networking, and high-speed interfaces (SERDES, D2D).
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and design teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Analyze test results, document defects, and support release readiness.
• Experience with data center hardware, liquid cooling, bench setup, hardware integration, and power/network environments is preferred.

• Experience with data center hardware, liquid cooling, bench setup, hardware integration, and power/network environments is preferred.
