• Manage and maintain server hardware platforms in a lab environment, including server rack build-up, installation, maintenance, memory configuration, troubleshooting, platform debugging, FPGA/CPLD support, and firmware flashing activities.
• Work in a data center or high-performance server lab environment and utilize AI-driven tools as part of daily lab operations.
• Must have 2–3 years of hands-on lab experience with server hardware platforms, strong memory configuration and troubleshooting expertise, and excellent hardware debugging skills.
• Experience with Excel and JIRA is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including heavy lifting and supporting server rack installations.
