Job summary

Cisco's Common Hardware Group in San Jose is seeking a Hardware Engineer to assist with the design and validation of a server sub-system, ensuring designs meet functional specs and performance targets.

You will work independently on tasks, participate in cross-functional meetings, and help create functional specifications and technical documentation, with a focus on lab validation and Python scripting to streamline testing processes.

Qualifications

• Qualifying education and work experience should be in Hardware Engineer, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in hardware validation using lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzers.
• Experience creating test scripts in Python. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
