Job summary

You will work under the Building Official and Chief Structural Inspector. This position requires knowledge of the Florida Building Code, HVHZ, and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Florida Building Code and Broward County Administrative Code.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors during permitting and inspections.
